About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a master's
degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago, and undergraduate degrees in
psychology and marketing.
I have worked in the social service field for over a decade. During that time I have worked in many diverse systems including inter-city psychiatric hospitals, child welfare agencies, substance abuse treatment agencies and not-for-profit organizations.
Outside of my private practice I am an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago’s Water Tower campus. I also work extensively with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), providing clinical services in Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Department of Neurology. Additionally I facilitate monthly MDA support and networking groups throughout the Chicagoland area.
